I realized it's been awhile since I've written in my journal here. Summer's long past and October's hitting its stride.

So I thought I'd take a moment to say, enjoy the season, and enjoy this rare chance to be who you are!

After all, we're each Jeckel, pure and kind, and Hyde, corrupt and bestial; each a Horseman in search of the face which fits us; each a pale ghost in search of rest; a villain and vigilante; a devil and an angel; feared and beautiful; both Frankenstein and his Monster, working tirelessly to both create our life and come to terms with it, caught up in it.

So take a moment to decide who you'll be, what face you'll wear when you trade all your masks for that one that shows just one aspect of yourself, pure and unfiltered.
